Funeral services for Flora Viola Tallas,
65 years old of Sugar Land, will be held at 10:00 a.m., Friday,
September 15, 2000 at Davis Chapel in Rosenberg. Interment will follow
at Greenlawn Memorial Park in Rosenberg.
Visitation will begin at 5:00 p.m. on
Thursday, September 14, 2000 at Davis-Greenlawn Funeral Home in
Rosenberg.
Flora was born on November 4, 1935 in
Missouri City, Texas to Jake Solomon and Mammie Russo Solomon. She
passed away Sunday, September 10, 2000, in Houston, Texas.
She is survived by her loving husband
of 43 years, Frank Tallas Jr. of Sugar Land; son Larry Tallas and wife
Sherri of Joshua, Texas; sister Mary McNeely of Rosenberg; brother Leo
Solomon of Sheridan, Texas; and grandchildren Misty and Cody Tallas.
