ROBERT
SCOTT HANNA, born April 22, 1957 in Sugar Land, TX, died
July 22, 2005 in Houston. Scott was preceded in death by his
mother Helen L. Hanna. He is survived by his father Robert
C. Hanna and his stepmother Emily of Sugar Land; his sister
Jane and husband Tim O'Neil of Manvel; his sister Diana and
husband Wayne Henk of Missouri City; his stepbrothers Larry
Brand and David Brand and wife Blair of Sugar Land; his
aunts Barbara Lasco of Austin, TX and Alice Stark of
Decatur, IL; his former partner, loyal friend and faithful
care giver, Joe Garivey; long time friend and business
associate Helen Gonzalez; and nieces and nephews.
Scott was a retired employed of Entex. He
earned an AA degree in Visual Presentation and Space Design
from the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising in
San Francisco, and was a First Prize winner in the annual
Gump's competition for Display Design in 1993. San Francisco
was his home for a number of years before his return to
Houston.
In accord with Scott's wishes for
cremation, his ashes will be scattered over San Francisco
Bay, where he truly left his heart.
A memorial gathering of family and
friends will be held at 5:00 p.m. Sunday, July 31, 2005.
