Funeral services for John Lloyd Manely, 40, of Richmond, TX will be held at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, April 17, 2003 in the Chapel of Davis-Greenlawn Funeral Home in Rosenberg, TX. Interment will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park in Rosenberg, TX.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 16, 2003 from 6:00-9:00 p.m. in the Stateroom of Davis-Greenlawn Funeral Home.

John was born December 6, 1962 in Denver, Colorado to Rodney Manely and Nancy Thompson. He passed away on April 12, 2003. John enjoyed fishing, playing softball and devoted a lot of time to the Boy Scouts.

He is survived by his loving wife of 15 years, Catherine Greenwaldt Manely; son: Patrick Colton Manely of Richmond, TX; parents: Rodney Manely of Lakewood, CO; Nancy and Steven Thompson of Prescott Valley, AZ; brother: Lyle Eugene Maes of Houston, TX; aunts: Joanne Amos and husband, Bill of Arcadia, FL; Dawn Bellford and husband, Richard of Tucson, AZ; Tammy Addison and husband, Ed of Morristown, TN. John is also survived and will be missed by numerous stepbrothers, stepsisters, and many other relatives.
