Carol Bennett Harvey Arnold born 11-27-48, passed
away 5-31-02. Businesswoman extraordinaire, precious wife, mother and
friend.
Born in Chicago, Illinois, eldest of five sisters,
Carol excelled in business. Intelligent and determined, Carol achieved
the following professional landmarks in her life: Certified Petroleum
Landman, Vice-President, Business Owner, author, nationally recognized
consultant, Dale Carnegie Graduate and Assistant Instructor,
saleswoman.
Though immensely accomplished, she was most devoted
to the love of her life and best friend, husband of 32 years, Bill
Arnold and she considered her two sons, Charles and Sean, her
"crowning achievements."
Carol, only 4' 111/2", rode her own motorcycle
over 100,000 miles through the heart of the country with her husband
Bill and loved to travel in general. At home, her free time was spent
sewing for her grandchildren, remodeling and decorating her homes as
well as the dollhouse that her father built for her. Generous of heart
and yet equally thrifty, Carol loved to shop for anyone and everyone,
except herself.
She loved to laugh and she could melt you with her
smile. People liked to like her. Heaven is lucky to have her. A
memorial service will be held at First Baptist Church of Sugar Land,
420 Wood St. on Friday, June 7 at 2:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, Carol
desired that memorial donations be made to the M.D. Anderson Breast
Cancer Research Unit. Call 713-792-3450 for details.
Carol is survived by her husband Bill Arnold, son
Sean and daughter-in-law ReneŽ, son Charles and daughter-in-law

Amy and Mary Grace, aunt Mary Lou and her schnauzer Scooter.
