Augusta (Gussie) Emilie Proske Walker beloved wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother passed away on December 14, 2003 after a brief illness with liver disease. Gussie was born on September 3, 1919 in Lincoln, Texas, the 6th of 15 children and resided in Sugar Land, Texas for the past 40 years. She is survived by her husband of 55 years, Raymond Walker, daughter Kathleen Westfall and her husband, Bill, son Jimmie Walker and his wife, Debbie, grandson Clint Walker and his wife, Holly with their children, Amber and Jessica. Also Gussie's sisters Maria Kramer, Meta Smith-Barry, Lillie Raub, Rubie Galipp and her husband, Herman, Judy Stogsdill and her husband, Harold, her brothers Ewald Proske and his wife, Pat and Alfred Proske, also countless nieces, nephews and friends. Services will be held on Thursday, December 18, 2003 at 3:30pm in the Chapel of Forest Park

Westheimer Funeral Home with burial following also at Forest Park Westheimer Cemetery, 12800 Westheimer @ Dairy Ashford. Family will be receiving friends on Wednesday evening from 6:00pm until 8:00 pm at the funeral home. Family request in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Liver Foundation.
