Constance J. Royster passed away Monday, January 18, 2010 after a long illness.

A memorial service will be held on Thursday, January 28 at 11:00 a.m. at Sugar Creek Baptist Church, North Side Chapel, 13213 S.W. Freeway, Sugar Land.
