Jay and Sheila Williams of Missouri City, Texas are pleased to announce the engagement and impending wedding of their daughter, Tracy Shay, to Kirby Charlton Roberts of Eastpointe, Michigan. Kirby is the son of Carol Roberts of Capac, Michigan and Jay and Sarah Roberts of Missouri City, Texas.

The bride-to-be is a 1999 graduate of Elkins High School and a 2003 graduate of The University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance.

The prospective groom is a 1995 graduate of Roseville High School in Roseville, Michigan and a 2002 graduate from The University of Houston with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance.

After a September wedding, the couple will reside in San Antonio, Texas where they are both commercial insurance underwriters for The Hartford.
