Doug and Janet Pummill of Fort Worth,
Texas, are pleased to announce the engagement and upcoming
wedding of their daughter, Julie Maud, to Kerry Donovan
Dean. Kerry is the son of David and Joyce Janicek of
Missouri City, and Mike and Pattie Dean of Houston.
The bride-to-be is a 1998 graduate of
Paschal High School in Fort Worth, and a 2002 graduate of
Texas Christian University in Fort Worth with a Bachelor of
Music in Piano Performance. She is currently attending the
TCU Graduate School of Music, working towards a Masters
degree in Music Theory and teaching in the TCU Early
Childhood Music Department.
Kerry is a 1997 graduate of Elkins High
School in Missouri City, a 2001 graduate of TCU with a
Bachelor of Science in Economics and a 2003 graduate of the
TCU Graduate School of Education with a Masters in
Education. He is currently teaching math at North Crowley
High School in Crowley, Texas.
Both Kerry and Julie are musicians and
members of musical performance groups. After a July wedding,
the couple will continue their education and music careers
while they reside in the Fort Worth area.
