Steve and Carol Manley of Sugar Land are pleased to announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Jennifer Elizabeth, to Mark Aaron Richard, son of Carl and Marie Richard of Bryan.

The bride-elect is a 2000 graduate of Elkins High School and a 2004 graduate of Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology. Jennifer has recently been hired by the United States Department of Justice.

The prospective groom is a 2000 graduate of Bryan High School and a 2004 graduate of Texas A&M University with a Bachelors of Business Administration in Management Information Systems. Mark is employed as a database programmer with Penson Financial Services in Dallas.
