Mr. and Mrs. Glenn MacConnell of Sugar Land, Texas are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Kelsey Kay, to George Noel Lawrence, son of Mrs. George James Lawrence and the late Mr. Lawrence of Wharton, Texas.

Kelsey is a 1993 graduate of Dulles High School and is working in the medical field as a sleep technologist. George is an attorney and mediator practicing general and civil litigation in Houston.

An October wedding is planned in Houston, Texas.
