Mrs. John F. Kenter of Sugar Land is pleased to announce the engagement of her daughter, Allison Carey, to Bryan Thomas Sethney, son of Mr. and Mrs. John W. Sethney of San Antonio. The wedding is planned for late October in Houston.

The Delta Delta Delta. The groom is also a graduate of Texas Tech University where he was a member of Sigma Alpha Epsilon. The bride is a representative of Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals, Inc. The groom is a commercial real estate broker with the Dallas-based firm of Partners National Real Estate.

Following their honeymoon, the newlyweds will reside in Dallas.
