Mr. and Mrs. Robert Kelly of Missouri City, Texas are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Stephanie Lynn Kelly, to Mr. Trevor Aaron Dobbs, son of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Dobbs of DeSoto, Texas.
