David and Brenda Byrom of Gatesville announce the engagement of their daughter, Kendra Brianne Byrom to Michael "Sean" Gustin, son of Michael H. and Cindy Gustin.

The bride-to-be is a graduate of Gatesville High School and Texas A&M University and is employed at Nolan Middle School, Killeen.

The prospective groom is the grandson of Mary E. Buehring and the late Walter J. Buehring of Sugar Land. He is a graduate of Whitney High School and UTI, Houston and is employed with Diamond Offshore of Houston.
