Dr. and Mrs. John Andrew Felker, III of Sugar Land, Texas are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Jessica Kate, to Mr. Jose Adolfo Simon, Jr., son of Mr. and Mrs. Jose Adolfo Simon of Missouri City, Texas.

Jessica, a 2001 graduate of Dulles High School, received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Broadcast Journalism and the French Language from the University of Miami. She is currently in management for the clothing designer, Caroline Herrera.

Jose, a 1999 graduate of Strake Jesuit High School, attended Baylor University and is pursuing his Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Texas Chiropractic College.
