Kathy and Joe Bourne of Sugar Land, TX are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter Lindsey Lara Bourne to Nicholas Paul Shinners, son of Jane and George Shinners of Antigo, WI.

Lindsey is a 2001 graduate of Dulles High School and a 2005 graduate of Belmont University in Nashville, TN where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music Business.

Nicholas is a 1994 graduate of Antigo High School, a 1998 graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology, and is currently completing his Ph.D. degree in molecular immunology at Vanderbilt University in Nashville.
