Mr. and Mrs. Paul V. Cinquemani of Missouri City Texas are pleased to announce the engagement of her daughter, Andrea Michelle Rudd, to Christopher Arthur Ramsey, son of Mr. and Mrs. Brian Ramsey of Kingwood Texas.

Andrea is a 2004 graduate of Kempner High School in Sugar Land and received her Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts and certificate in Digital Media from the University of Texas at Austin. She is currently a free lance artist who is also employed at ITT Institute as an instructor of digital media and recently joined the staff of Cambridge Oaks as an office manager.

Christopher is a graduate of 2002 Bellaire High School in Houston and the University of Houston receiving a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science. He is currently employed with the University of Houston and plans on earning his PhD in Political Economy.

The couple plans a spring wedding in Houston and honeymoon in Santa Fe New Mexico.
