The parents of Bonnie Beavers and Christopher Gornet are pleased to announce their engagement and upcoming marriage.
Bonnie is the daughter of John and Anna Beavers of Richmond, Texas. She is a 2003 graduate of B.F. Terry High School, Rosenberg, Texas, and a 2008 graduate of the University of Texas, Austin, Texas with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering. She now works as a process engineer for Columbian Chemicals Company in Centerville, Louisiana.
Chris is the son of David and Terrie Gornet of Sugar Land, Texas. He is a 2004 graduate of Strake Jesuit College Preparatory, Houston, Texas and a 2008 graduate of the University of Texas, Austin, Texas where he was a member of Phi Kappa Psi fraternity, and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering. He now works as an operations engineer for Chevron Corporation in Lafayette, Louisiana.
After a fall wedding, the couple will make their home in New Iberia, Louisiana.
