The parents of Nancy Jean Elliott and Travis Eugene Petru are pleased to announce their engagement and upcoming marriage.

Nancy is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Quenton Elliott, Jr. of Sugar Land, Texas. She is a 2004 graduate of Dulles High School, and a 2008 graduate of Texas A&M University, with a degree in English. While at A&M, she was a member of Alpha Delta Pi. Nancy teaches English at Stafford High School.

Travis is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Gene Petru, also of Sugar Land, Texas. He is a 2004 graduate of Dulles High School, and a 2008 graduate of Texas A&M University with a degree in Economics. Travis is an appraiser with the Harris County Appraisal District.

The couple is planning a July wedding in Richmond, Texas, after which they will make their home in Houston.
