Mr. and Mrs. Dennis Francis of Sugar Land, Texas are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Amanda Jean Francis, to Michael Collin Wilson, son of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Wilson of Missouri City, Texas.

Amanda is a graduate of Clements High School and the University of Texas in Austin with a BBA in Accounting and MPA from the McCombs School of Business. She is a senior associate with PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Michael is a graduate of Elkins High School and the University of Texas in Austin with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics. He is an Actuarial Analyst with Houston Casualty Company.
