The Stafford police department has arrested one of four men wanted in connection with the Stafford Ice House shooting earlier this month.
On Thursday, December 23, Stafford Police Detectives obtained Capital Murder Warrants for the arrests of four suspects involved in the December 18, 2010 multiple shootings at the Stafford Ice House, said police spokesperson Rachael Virata. The four wanted men have been identified as Michael Marin, Francisco Marin, Tony Marin, and Joe Marin. The four are family members.
Since the warrants were issued on Thursday, Dec. 23, one man has turned himself in to authorities. Michael Marin, 19, surrendered himself Monday to face the charges. The other three remain at large; one having absconded with his three year old son.
Virata said, “These suspects should be considered Armed and Dangerous.“ He went on to say, “Additional Arrest Warrants are anticipated in this incident.”
Anyone with information on the whereabouts of these suspects are asked to contact Stafford Police Department at 281-261-3950 or their local law enforcement agency. Fort Bend County Crime Stoppers (281-342-8477) may also pay for information leading to the arrests of these suspects.
