On November 30, shortly after 1 pm, Rosenberg Police were dispatched to a home in the 1300 block of Brazos Street after a neighbor witnessed two young Hispanic males leaving a nearby home with several items.
The property stolen in the burglary was recovered from the duo. |

Rosenberg Assistant Police Chief Dallis Warren said, “The witness was able to describe the suspects and the vehicle they were diving as they left.” Shortly thereafter Officers Havelka and Kreusch located the suspect vehicle in the 1200 block of Mulcahy. The car was stopped and David Maldonado and Gilbert Perez, both 17 year old Rosenberg residents, were identified as the two leaving the Brazos Street home. Maldonado and Perez were arrested and charged with Burglary of a Habitation.
