The top toll road violator is busted by constable’s office.

Precinct 4 Constable’s Office has announced the arrest of the top Fort Bend Toll Road violator. On November 18, 2010 deputies with Fort Bend County Precinct 4 Constable’s office, who contractually patrols the Fort Bend and Westpark toll roads arrested Jeanette Marie McNeal, 32, of Fresno. She was stopped on the Fort Bend Parkway near FM 2234 for Fail to Pay Toll, said Precinct 4 chief Deputy Chad Norvell.

Norvell said, “Upon further investigation, Deputy Ben Melendez found that McNeal owed the Fort Bend Toll Road Authority $3,582 and was listed as the current “top violator” for Fort Bend County.” He said that in addition to owing Fort Bend in excess of $3,500, she also owed Harris County $2,492.

McNeal was arrested for Fail to Pay Toll and booked into the Fort Bend County jail.

Failure to pay a toll is a Class C Misdemeanor offense. All toll roads in Fort Bend County are EZ Tag only said Norvell.
