SWE Assistant Principal “Taped to Wall” for worthy cause
Settlers Way Elementary School students raised approximately $3,653 for cancer research and services to support the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s Pennies for Patients program. To reward the students for their efforts, the school’s assistant principal, Brenda Perkins, agreed to have students duct-tape her to a wall in the school’s cafeteria. What a good sport!
