SPREAD THE WORD: Missouri City is now giving “CITATIONS” to residents for leaving their trash containers and garbage cans where they can be seen from the street or from adjacent property.

NEW NEIGHBORS ON YOUR STREET? Make sure they are aware of this Missouri City Code (also…a Quail Valley Fund HOA Deed Restriction).

WHAT TIME OF DAY CAN TRASH CANS BE AT THE CURB?

They are allowed to be put out AFTER 6 pm the day BEFORE trash pick up. The trash cans MUST be removed from the curb and stored “OUT OF PUBLIC VIEW” by the “END OF DAY” when trash is picked up.

SOLICITOR SELLING STEAKS? Is this permitted? ONLY if a Missouri City Permit in the form of a “badge” is worn by the solicitor. Just say “NO” and go call Police non-emergency number (281-403-8700) ASAP.

NEW TRAFFIC SIGNAL. Look for installation of a traffic signal at Murphy Road (FM 1092) @ Township Lane. (This is intersection behind Black Eyed Pea.)

HOW LATE CAN PEOPLE WALK THEIR DOGS ON GOLF COURSE? The golf courses are now considered “Parks” which means the curfew is 10 pm.
