Fort Bend County Women’s Center’s 20th annual fundraiser is less than two weeks away! Join Title Sponsor, PCCA, at Boogie 2011 “Sock Hop at the Soda Shop” as they celebrate the sights and sounds of the 50’s and 60’s. Boogie will be held at the Stafford Centre on Saturday, March 26, from 6:30 to 11:30 pm.

Celebrations already got underway at the Sponsor and Steering Committee Party hosted by Perry’s Steakhouse & Grille and Roberts Markel PC on March 3. Sponsors and Steering Committee members were treated to a reception of delicious Perry’s hors d’oeuvres and soda shop themed cocktails.

Rotel and the Hot Tomatoes will headline Boogie on March 26 and Sharron Melton, co-anchor of ABC13’s award winning morning newscast, will emcee the evening’s events. Guests will be able to participate in costume, dance and hula hoop contests for themed prizes and the live auction. The silent auction is filled with fabulous items also.

All proceeds raised from Boogie are used to provide free and confidential emergency shelter, counseling, crisis intervention, and other supportive services.
