Cookbook author Shubhra Ramineni was recently awarded the 2010 Gourmand World Cookbook Award for “Best Indian Cuisine Book” in the U.S. Now her book, “Entice with Spice”, is in the running to win “Best in the World” for the most popular Indian cookbook in the world.

The Literacy Council of Fort Bend County is proud to announce that Indian cuisine enthusiasts now have the exciting opportunity to meet the author, observe her cooking techniques and enjoy her delicious dishes!

Ramineni will be doing a dinner/demonstration – “Entice with Spice!” on Sunday, March 20 from 5:00-7:00 p.m. This unique, interactive event will be held in The Club located at 17122 West Belfort at FM1464 in the beautiful Aliana development.

Contact the Literacy Council of Fort Bend County to reserve a spot for $75 per person. Advance purchase is required. Space is limited to 50 people and will be filled on a first come first served basis. The ticket price includes the cooking demonstration, dinner and a free copy of Shubhra’s award winning cookbook.
