Missouri City police responded to two robberies and one aggravated assault last week in and amongst other calls for service.
Missouri City police Captain John Bailey said patrol officers responded to an assault call at the Burger King restaurant early Saturday morning the January 8 at about 1:50 am. When officers arrived on the scene they learned that the victim had been robbed. According to reports the victim was stripped of his wallet, cash and black leather jacket by unknown suspects.
On January 10, 2011 a mother called police and reported that her son had been robbed. According to Captain John Bailey patrol officers were dispatched to investigate a robbery on Hilton Head Drive, Monday 10, 2011. Bailey said the teen was robbed of his Blackberry cell phone in the 1200 block of Hilton Head Drive about 2:30 pm on Saturday afternoon, January 8. The only suspect description police have to work from is that of two unknown black males.
Then the following day, Tuesday, January 11, police responded to a call at the Dollar General department store off Texas Parkway. According to reports, the victim reported having been hit in the head with a gun and shot at twice. He was not seriously injured.
All three cases remain under investigation; no arrests reported.
