Betty Hale McDade Rueb, died peacefully with her family by her side on September 3, 2007. She was born February 22, 1928 in Monroe, LA where she went on to graduate from LSU.

Betty was preceded in death by her son, Jimmy McDade. She is survived by her loving husband of 28 years, Don Rueb; sister, Jean Hammons; daughters, Karen Derrer, Peggy Schaefer, Donna Grehn, Rhonda Delany, Becky Hire, and Cindy Walters; grandchildren, Chris, Sean, Travis, Brennan, Mike, Riley, Chase, Callie, Caitlin, Courtney, Matthew, Mason and Megan.

A funeral service will the held at 11 am on Friday, September 7, 2007 at First United Methodist Church of Missouri City, 3900 Lexington Blvd. in Missouri City, TX. Interment will follow at Oaklawn Memorial Park in El Campo, Texas.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the American Lung Association or charity of your choice.
