Jennifer and Walter Reed of Missouri City are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter Amy to Parker Neal, son of Rayma and Gary Waters of Cincinnati, Ohio and Sherry and Gary Neal of Blanchard, Oklahoma. An August 2008 wedding is planned.
Amy is a graduate of Elkins High School and Texas Christian University. Parker is a graduate of Norman High School and the University of Oklahoma.
