The parents of Courtney Nicole Higgins are proud to announce the engagement of their daughter to Mark Joseph Cangelosi, of Sugar Land.

Courtney graduated from Klein High School in 2000, and went on to get her Bachelors of Fine Arts in Interior Design from The Art Institute of Houston. She currently works for an architectural firm in the Galleria area.

Mark is a 1999 graduate from Elkins High School and has also received his Bachelors of Science from Texas A&M University. He is currently employed as a sales representative with Purvis Bearing Industries.
