Miss Amy Christine Saralecos Weds Mr. Frank Harrison Marsters, IV

Amy Christine Saralecos and Frank Harrison Marsters, IV, both of Missouri City, Texas, were united in marriage May 19, 2007, at First United Methodist Church, Missouri City, Texas. Reverend Barbara Robberson officiated at the double-ring ceremony. Music was provided by soloist Russ Clark and organist Melissa Burnham. A dinner and dance reception was held following the ceremony at Marriott Sugar Land Town Center. On the eve of the wedding the parents of the groom hosted a rehearsal dinner at their home in Sugar Land. Music was provided by Mike Kelly. On the morning of the wedding, the bride and her bridesmaids were honored with a luncheon hosted by the groom’s aunt, Mrs. Patricia Fortenberry and her daughter, Mrs. Amy Lippincott.

Amy is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Alan Saralecos of Refugio, Texas. She is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Ed Heller and Ernestine Saralecos. Frank is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Marsters III of Sugar Land, Texas and the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. James Platt of Crockett, Texas, Christine Marsters of Fairfield, Texas and the late Frank Marsters, Jr.

Given in marriage by her parents and escorted by her father, the bride wore a strapless satin dress with a dramatic basque waist. The bodice of the dress was heavily adorned with sparkling Austrian crystals and embroidered with a spiral rose pattern of crystals which also accented the waistline. The traditional A-line skirt contained gatherings which bustled the entire skirt with each bustle pinned up by a delicate crystal. Billowing bustles finished off the chapel length train and a delicate corded-edge veil completed the beautiful dress. The bride carried a bouquet of red freedom roses, yellow circus roses with red tips, ravel hot pink roses, purple statice, and fuchsia orchids.

Nikki Saralecos, sister of the bride, served as maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Erin Gregorcyk, Coty Hinze, Shelley Gatz, Brittni McCorquodale, Mindy Henning, and Tracy Sommerlatte. The bridesmaids wore long, strapless, brown satin dresses with a brown organza overlay. They carried bouquets of red, hot pink, and circus roses and purple statice. Cori Cantu, niece of the groom, served as flower girl. Honor attendants were Lindsay Marsters-Cantu, April Marsters, BreAnne McCorquodale, and Caleigh McCorquodale.

James Marsters, twin brother of the groom, served as best man. Groomsmen were Cody Burgin, Marcus Palermo, Eric Huegele, Chad Harris, David Cantu, and Sammy Jones. Ring bearer was Jace Marsters, nephew of the groom. Spencer Lippincott, Kevin Fortenberry, Lee Huegele, and Eric Venerella served as ushers.

Amy is a 1999 graduate of Refugio High School and a 2003 graduate of Texas A&M University. She is currently employed with Franklin Bank in Houston as a loan officer and Assistant Vice President in the residential construction lending department. Frank is a 2000 graduate of Elkins High School in Missouri City. He is currently employed by Marsters Company as a custom homebuilder.

Following their honeymoon in Key West, Florida, Frank and Amy will reside in Missouri City, Texas.
