Mr. and Mrs. Ronnie Mills of Sugar Land are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Melissa Ashley, to Ethan James Shinogle, son of Mr. and Mrs. Tim Shinogle of Arlington, Texas. An April wedding is planned.

Melissa graduated from Kempner High School in 2002 and received a Bachelor of Interior Design from Texas Tech University in 2006. She is a designer for Quest Design and Production in Stafford.

Ethan graduated from Arlington High School in 2002 and received a Bachelor in Business Administration from Texas Tech University in 2005. He is employed by the Fort Bend Regional Council.
