Mission Statement
Fort Bend Hospice offers and provides, regardless of ability to pay, the highest quality
of care for patients with life threatening illnesses and their families through a
well-qualified, interdisciplinary team of professionals and volunteers. The organization
advocates the hospice philosophy of care as a health care alternative.
Additional Information
Fort Bend Hospice provides care that enhances the final stages of a patient's life by
controlling pain and managing symptoms, providing counseling and support, and preparing
the patient and family to face the last stages of life comfortably and confidently. The
goal of Fort Bend Hospice is to emphasize the quality of life regardless of one's physical
condition.
