Mission Statement
Fort Bend Family Health Center is committed to improving the quality of life for
under-served individuals and families by promoting good health through the delivery of
quality integrated services. We are dedicated to providing our services with compassion
and respect.
Additional Information
Fort Bend Family Health Center is a private, not-for-profit health and social service
agency that facilitates good overall health by providing an array of services including
medical care for the entire family, the WIC (Women, Infants, and Children) nutrition
program, an on-site lab and pharmacy, and case management services for HIV positive
individuals and chronically ill and disabled children. The Center is also the managing
partner of the George Family Development Center which offers a variety of programs
designed to focus on the development of children six years of age and older and the
support of their families.
