 Youngsters enrolled in the English as a Second Language, Bilingual, and Newcomer Summer School Program at Ridgemont Elementary School in FBISD celebrated Independence Day by taking part in a festive parade. As patriotic music played, the youngsters marched along the school hallways with banners, flags, noise makers and other items that they crafted to celebrate the Fourth of July.
