Girl Scouts from Troop 28155 to lend support for the Avon Walkers.

An exciting international city, cultural diversity, scenic parks and a leading medical community making cancer history-all provide obvious and persuasive reasons why the Avon Walk for the Breast Cancer will be in Houston, Texas on April 10-11, 2010.

As the walkers stroll amidst glorious oak trees and picturesque greenbelts, they will be cheered along by a signed made by Brownie Troop 28155 from Rainbow Stars Service Unit. The poster will be displayed somewhere along the 39.3 mile course. The girls hope that the words of encouragement will help the walkers finish the race so that women and men can get the medical care they need despite the consequences, and leading research teams can receive vital support in their ongoing search for a cure.
