The Campbell Elementary School PTA is hosting a chip timed (USATF certified) 5K, Kids 1 Mile Run, and Toddler Dash in the Greatwood subdivision in Sugar Land, on Saturday, March 27.

It’s the beginning of a New Year and many of us have made the resolution to be healthier in 2010. What better way to work on that commitment with your entire family than to sign up to run or walk a 5K? Grab a healthy snack post race and visit booths from, local Fort Bend Business at the Health and Fitness Fair.
There will be tons of fun for adults and kids alike. A Life Flight Helicopter will be on the premises upon availability, along with a Sugar Land Fire Truck. Tons of food and refreshments will be available, while listening to live music and our event mc Michelle Fischer from 96.5 The Mix.

Lots of activities are in store for the kids such as face painting, games, and jumping in the moonwalk. Visit the silent auction and raffle for chances to win a flat screen TV and a bar-b-que grill.

Proceeds from this event will go to the Campbell Elementary School PTA and be used towards the purchase of interactive technology boards for the classrooms and other teaching resources for our school.
